The Club Cottages at Olde Stone offer unique ownership opportunities for
individuals and corporations. A Club Cottage building is designed to offer
different living arrangements with the possibility of renting from one to four
units per building to guests for nightly stay. If an owner's preference is to
have a permanent residence in one part of the duplex, then they can lease or
sell the other half. The home sites available to build one of two approved
plans overlook holes #8 and #9 of the golf course.
