Neighborhoods in Olde Stone are connected by a series of sidewalks that meander along Drakes Creek and through parks and green space. Olde Stone is made for families who love the outdoors. Neighborhood gardens and many wide open spaces along with a swimming pool, tennis courts and the championship golf course, are all designed to lure neighbors out of their homes and into the community.

Parks

Broad expanses of green define Olde Stone. In addition to The Course, greenways include two open meadow common areas and one landscaped park in The Village, as well as numerous green space common areas throughout the Overlook and Farm.

Patio Fire Pit

Members enjoy bringing family and friends to gather around the fire pit on the Golf House patio for drinks before or after dinner.

Outfitter Center

The Outfitter Center, to be located in the Village and perched above Drakes Creek, is currently in the planning stages. Here residents can cast a fishing line, launch canoes and kayaks, or enjoy a cook-out with family and neighbors.
