Prestige is in flight and underfoot

The instructions were as crisp as the day they were given in October of 2000 — design the best golf experience in the state of Kentucky.

Six years later, a city better known for caves and Corvettes checked 'Championship Golf' off its wishlist and gave bucket list golfers a new course to pursue.Golf Digest first awarded Olde Stone the 8th Best New Private Club in 2007, which preceded several national recognitions in the years ahead.

Ranked in the state’s top three private courses by Golfweek, you can join us at the top of our game.

Greener this side of Bowling Green

Shaped by prolific course architect Arthur Hills, our 7,333-yard layout was designed to provide an outstanding golf experience. The Club at Olde Stone is woven into the natural southern Kentucky landscape, a combination of rolling hills, flatlands, trees, native grasses and water. The course is further distinguished by a vertical change of over 160 feet between the highest and lowest points on the property, and penalty areas that come into play on five holes. The facility has welcomed high profile national events since its inception, including the PGA Junior Ryder Cup, USGA Girls Junior Championship, The Southern Amateur and Southern Junior Amateur, and The Trans-Miss Four ball to mention just a few.

Let’s play the hits

Live to tell about the 17 fairway bunkers of Entrapment (Hole 4), outlast the 600-yard dogleg double fairway of Wishbone (Hole 7), drink in the scenery of Symphony (Hole 15), and inevitably arrive at Drake's Dream. Our signature 16th is striking Par 3, and tee shots are wise to follow suit. Flanked by Drake's Creek to the left with slopes up the right, accuracy is key. Pray for par, journey on, finish strong!
